Patchworking Garden Project Legacy

As many of our supporters already know, the Patchworking Gardening Project relies solely on funds raised and on the donations we receive. We would not be able to open the garden or the Patchworking Academy up to our volunteers, without this money. Your donations and generosity are vital to being able to service our community.

If you would consider leaving a donation as part of your Will, a legacy of sorts, it would help ensure that our social and horticultural project can continue to offer support, friendship, gardening, and craft to those who need it, fostering deeper connections within our community. Your generosity would have a direct and positive impact.

If you would like to leave a legacy to the garden, the process would be very straight forward to complete. The easiest way, would be to write down the fixed amount that you would like to donate, in a format like the example below:

“I (your name), would like to leave £…… to The Patchworking Garden Project, 44 Westbank, Dorking RH4 3DH, charity number: 1162471.

We also highly recommend speaking to a solicitor in order to get all the correct information, guidance, and support when it comes to writing your will. They will be able to offer all the correct and up-to-date legal advice and ensure that your wishes are carried out.

Thank you for your consideration, and to all of you, who have donated and for your continued support – we could not have done it with you.
